We partner only with BCAP and WRAP-certified factories to ensure fair and ethical working conditions.

Each batch of scrubs undergoes rigorous quality testing, and all orders include a 60-day return period. 

We are shipping from overseas which means we can skip costs like renting an Australian warehouse space, or packaging and processing goods twice (once for bulk shipments and once for individual orders.)

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
