The fullest part of your upper body. (A bra will help keep things accurate!)

The narrowest part of your torso—around 3 fingers above your belly button.

The widest part of your lower body.

Measure from your crotch to the knobbly bit of your ankle. Simple, right?

We’d recommend sizing up! Most of the few customers who exchange their scrubs swap for a larger size.
